Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Drive and ensure global and local business solution demands are captured and quality services are delivered as per agreed scope, time, quality, and compliance standards. Implement and support digital projects related to ERP (SAP - all major modules) and peripheral non-ERP systems (Veeva CRM, SFA, Navision, Sales and Distribution Management System, Sales Force Effectiveness Systems, Power BI). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation and system/data integrations for improved efficiency. Execute data management initiatives, including Data Lake, Data Pipeline, ETL, and MDM. Support cloud strategy implementation across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Develop and execute data and analytics strategies for forecasting automation, digital supply chain, predictive and prescriptive analytics, and business intelligence. Act as the single point of contact for IT changes, conducting impact assessments, setting up change management processes, and ensuring compliance with IT governance standards. Maintain communication with stakeholders on technical and non-technical matters. Ensure solutions align with company architecture and operational standards. Track project progress, update trackers, and maintain RAID (Risk, Assumption, Issue, Dependency) logs. Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks promptly. Education & Certification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. MBA (preferred). Project Management Certification (optional). Certification in Data Science, AI, or ML (optional). Required Experience & Skills: 812 years in IT Business Solutions across roles such as IT Business Analyst, IT Business Solutions Partner, Technology Solutions Architect, or Tech Project Manager. Strong experience in IT and business stakeholder management, engaging senior and diverse stakeholders to influence decision-making. Preferred experience in database modeling and SQL queries. Hands-on experience in project management, change management, and Agile methodologies. Background in Pharma, Life Sciences, Consumer Healthcare, or OTC Retail Business processes. Experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales and Distribution, and Data Technology-related projects. SAP implementation and support experience. Understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and related tools. Practical knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP services. Hands-on experience in Data Lake, Data Modeling, Data Integration, and BI Dashboard implementation. Proven ability to work across matrixed teams, leading by influence to drive technical capability. Strong multi-project management skills with a track record of delivering global solutions at scale. Knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, ITGC controls, governance, risk management, and compliance. Vendor management experience with local and global technology vendors.
