Product Owner

Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and communicate a clear vision for products and internal tools that aligns with company goals and objectives. Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap and backlog for all products and tools, integrating insights from market research, stakeholder input, and customer feedback. Market & Customer Insights: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Gather and prioritize customer requirements to inform product features and improvements. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations, finance, sales etc) to gather requirements and deliver high-quality products. Ensure clear communication of product requirements and timelines across stakeholders & departments. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team. Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are developed first. Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Ensure that products and applications are intuitive and meet the needs of end-users. Product Development & Launch: Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch. Work closely with developers and designers to ensure timely and quality delivery of features. Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to guide the development process. Develop training materials and conduct training for sales, support and to required teams. Coordinate product launches, including go-to-market strategies. Performance Monitoring: Track product performance metrics and KPIs to assess success and identify areas for improvement. Implement feedback loops to continuously enhance product offerings.
