Product Owner

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the

  product vision, strategy, and roadmap

  for technical product areas.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and design teams to

  translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

  .
• Serve as the

  bridge between business and technical teams

  , clearly communicating product requirements, trade-offs, and implementation plans.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Security, DevOps, QA, Customer Success, Sales) to ensure product readiness and alignment.
• Prioritize features and enhancements using data, user feedback, and business value.
• Define and track

  key performance metrics

  to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct

  technical deep dives

  and act as a thought leader in discussions with engineering and stakeholders.
• Work with product marketing and customer-facing teams to ensure effective communication and documentation.
  • Applies technical capabilities within own discipline to help develop junior employees • Work closely with technical leads to define features, elaborate user stories and acceptance criteria, and story point estimates in a SAFe/Agile methodology format • Facilitate JAD sessions and lead review sessions of technical requirements/stories • Assists with analysis of support ticket issues

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of

  software development processes

  and/or distributed systems.
• Experience working closely with

  engineering teams

  in an Agile environment.
• Proven ability to

  translate technical concepts into business value

  .
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Postman, and data analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel).
• Background in software engineering or systems architecture.
