We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in Agile and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies to join our dynamic team. As a Product Owner, you will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and Scrum Masters to ensure our product vision is translated into a successful product roadmap and deliverables. This role requires full EST overlap, ensuring seamless collaboration with our global team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, clearly defining and prioritizing product features and requirements.
  
• Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
  
• Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product increments.
  
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to ensure smooth progress and alignment.
  
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that they are well-understood by the development teams.
  
• Work within the SAFe framework to manage cross-team dependencies and ensure alignment across Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
  
• Continuously analyze market trends, customer feedback, and data to inform product decisions and improve the product offering.
  
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and align on priorities.
  

Must-Have Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a product owner or in a similar role in an Agile environment.
  
• Experience in Financial Services Industry is a must.
  
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies.
  
• Proven experience in translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different time zones.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Experience working with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
  

Nice-to-Have:

• Certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager.
  
• Experience working with distributed teams and remote collaboration tools.
  
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
