About the Role

Product Marketing Manager AI Initiatives & Customer Advocacy

Key Responsibilities

AI Initiatives

  • Act as the AI Champion within Product Marketing identify and implement AI-driven tools, processes, and workflows that improve productivity, personalization, and GTM effectiveness.
  • Partner with Marketing teams (events, brand, digital) to embed AI in campaign execution (personalized content, chatbots, analytics).
  • Partner with Product and Sales to ensure AI features in our solutions are clearly packaged and positioned in the market.
  • Monitor competitor AI positioning and ensure organisation's narratives stay differentiated.

Customer Advocacy & Marketing

  • Build and scale customer advocacy programs: case studies, success stories, testimonials, customer references, and speaker engagements.
  • Develop a library of customer proof points across industries and products to accelerate enterprise deals.
  • Lead customer marketing campaigns to increase adoption, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.

Sales Enablement & GTM Support

  • Build customer advocacy collateral (videos, one-pagers, decks, ROI stories) tailored for sales teams.
  • Create verticalized proof points (BFSI, Retail, Travel, etc.) to support high-touch, outbound sales.
  • Repurposing content to support content distribution across mediums

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Growth Marketing (B2B SaaS or enterprise tech experience strongly preferred).
  • Experience creating and scaling customer marketing initiatives.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI tools (e.g., generative AI for research, asset creation, personalization) and ability to drive adoption internally.
  • Strong blend of written, verbal communication and analytical skills.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; experience working with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

  • Visible AI-driven efficiency gains across GTM activities in PMM and Marketing.
  • Stronger verticalized sales narratives backed by customer proof.
