Job Description

As a Product Marketing Specialist, your role will involve driving the marketing strategy for IT products and services. You should have experience in SaaS, enterprise software, and IT solutions marketing. Here are the key responsibilities for the position: - Develop strategies to promote and position Shopify apps in the market. - Collaborate with the product team to understand app features and benefits. - Craft product positioning that highlights the value of our SaaS products. - Collaborate closely with Product Management to understand customer needs and translate them into effective messaging. - Provide in-depth competitor analysis and briefing sales teams, product management, and partners. - Set up product onboarding and pricing strategies. - Equip our sales teams with the knowledge and tools they need to excel. - Create content and sales materials that support every stage of the customer journey. - Collaborate with demand generation to drive effective demand creation strategies. - Understand the buyer journey and develop digital journeys to match. Additionally, you will be responsible for marketing finance and accounting projects with the following duties: - Develop strategies to promote and position accounting solutions. - Collaborate with the product team to understand the unique selling points of finance projects. - Craft product positioning that highlights the value of our SaaS products. - Collaborate closely with Product Management to understand customer needs and translate them into effective messaging. - Provide in-depth competitor analysis and briefing sales teams, product management, and partners. - Set up product packaging and pricing strategies. - Equip our sales teams with the knowledge and tools they need to excel. - Create content and sales materials that support every stage of the customer buying journey. - Collaborate with demand generation to drive effective demand creation strategies. - Understand the buyer journey and develop digital journeys to match. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (an MBA is a strong plus). - 3+ years of experience in product messaging and go-to-market activities, with a focus on cloud-native development (SaaS product marketing experience is highly desirable). - Demonstrated success in developing solution offerings, from concept to launch and ongoing differentiation. - Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with product management and technology partners to create compelling offerings. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - The ability to work closely with the Demand Generation team and a solid grasp of content marketing, including multimedia and social technologies. - Proven experience in a fast-growing company with a track record of delivering results. - Strong organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. - A strong commitment to excellence, a solid work ethic, and unwavering integrity in all your endeavors.,
