Product Marketing Specialist

Role Overview: As a Product Marketing Specialist, your role will involve driving the marketing strategy for IT products and services. You will be responsible for promoting and positioning SaaS products and Shopify apps in the market. This includes collaborating with the product team to understand app features, crafting product positioning, and providing competitor analysis to sales teams and partners. Additionally, you will set up product onboarding and pricing strategies, equip sales teams with necessary knowledge and tools, create sales materials supporting the customer journey, and work on effective demand creation strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop strategies to promote and position SaaS products and Shopify apps - Collaborate with the product team to understand app features and benefits - Craft product positioning that highlights the value of SaaS products - Provide in-depth competitor analysis and brief sales teams, product management, and partners - Set up product onboarding and pricing strategies - Equip sales teams with knowledge and tools for success - Create content and sales materials supporting every stage of the customer journey - Collaborate with demand generation for effective demand creation strategies - Understand the buyer journey and develop digital journeys accordingly Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a strong plus) - 3+ years of experience in product messaging and go-to-market activities, with a focus on SaaS product marketing - Success in developing solution offerings from concept to launch - Collaboration skills with product management and technology partners - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work closely with the Demand Generation team and understanding of content marketing - Proven experience in a fast-growing company with a track record of delivering results - Strong organizational and prioritization skills - Commitment to excellence, work ethic, and integrity in all endeavors,
