Product Marketing Specialist

As a Product Marketing professional with 25 years of experience, you will be an integral part of our Sales & Marketing team located at Lotus Business Park, Sector 127, Noida. Your primary responsibility will be to drive marketing strategies and campaigns effectively by leveraging your strong knowledge of core marketing concepts. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and Segmentation, Targeting & Positioning (STP) frameworks. You will play a crucial role in planning and supporting product launches, creating and optimizing marketing collaterals, conducting market research, and collaborating with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting branding, events, and lead generation activities. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field along with at least 15 years of relevant marketing experience. Your expertise in core marketing principles such as GTM, STP, positioning, and product marketing will be essential. Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills are a must, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
