Role & responsibilities

Product Strategy & Positioning

• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing insurance products.
• Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to differentiate from competitors.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and partner channels.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging marketing collateral, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Manage product launches, events, and customer engagement activities.

Sales Enablement & Support

• Equip sales teams with tools, presentations, and training to effectively sell insurance products.
• Develop targeted sales kits, product FAQs, and comparison charts for customer-facing teams.

Customer Insights & Analytics

• Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and campaign performance to refine marketing strategies.
• Track KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and product adoption metrics.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with product development teams to align features with customer needs.
• Partner with digital marketing teams for SEO, SEM, and social media initiatives.
• Liaise with compliance and legal teams to ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 2+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.

• Strong understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
