About the Role

Were looking for a strategic and creative product marketing manager to lead the repositioning launch , relaunch of a premium CP sanitaryware product line. In this pivotal role, you'll combine deep market insights with innovative marketing strategies to drive product launches, expand market share, and enhance brand visibility positioning the brand as a strong player in the sanitaryware space.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Planning

• Develop and implement an effective go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the CP sanitaryware relaunch.
• Conduct market research , analyze competitor activity, and gather consumer insights to identify new opportunities.
• Align all marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and sales targets.

Product Management

• Define clear product value propositions, pricing strategies, and points of differentiation.
• Collaborate with R&D, design, and production teams to deliver relevant and competitive offerings.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from launch to ongoing support and improvements.

Brand and Communication

• Drive brand recognition and product visibility through integrated marketing campaigns.
• Lead content development, product storytelling, and digital marketing efforts.
• Create compelling marketing collateral including catalogues, brochures, videos, and POS materials.

Sales Enablement and Channel Support

• Work closely with the sales team to develop channel programs, trade promotions, and distributor engagement strategies.
• Design training modules and conduct product knowledge sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor field performance and provide ongoing marketing support to sales teams.

Market Development

• Identify new customer segments and untapped geographic markets.
• Execute influencer engagement initiatives targeting architects, interior designers, plumbers, and dealers.
• Represent the brand in trade fairs, exhibitions, and direct outreach campaigns.

Performance Measurement

• Track ROI for marketing campaigns, product launches, and market penetration strategies.
• Deliver regular performance reports and insights to support leadership decision-making.

Required Skills and Competencies

• In-depth knowledge of the CP fittings and sanitaryware industry, including trends, products, and key competitors.
• Proficiency in product positioning, pricing, and marketing campaign execution.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
• Analytical thinking with experience in interpreting and acting on market data.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, brand building, and channel management.
• Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, and operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• MBA in Marketing or Business Management (preferred).
• 6 to 10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within sanitaryware, building materials, or consumer durables.
• Demonstrated success in launching or revamping product categories in competitive environments.
• Experience with distributor and channel-driven business models is highly desirable.
