Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and scale. The role involves translating business needs into clear product requirements, working closely with engineering, design, sales, and leadership teams to deliver high-impact products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business goals
  • Gather and prioritise requirements from stakeholders and users
  • Create PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams for timely delivery
  • Analyse user feedback, data, and market trends to drive improvements
  • Own product launches and post-launch optimisation
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of experience in product management
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and user research
  • Ability to balance business, tech, and user perspectives
Preferred
  • Experience with SaaS, AI/ML, or tech-driven products
  • Exposure to tools like Zoho Sprint, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, or similar
