Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the entire product feature lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and stakeholders, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
• Develop deep expertise in customer needs and align features to provide impactful solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and act on feedback from internal and external sources to continuously improve product functionality.
• Take responsibility for driving feature execution from the fronthands-on involvement is a must.
  

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of total experience in a product role or with a combination of either technology or design.
• Hands-on experience working as a developer or designer within an organization is essential.
• Experience as a founder or co-founder, regardless of the company size, will be given preference.
• Strong ownership mentality with the ability to drive projects independently, from ideation to execution.
• A strategic thinker with attention to detail and a passion for building exceptional products.
• Ability to work from our Bangalore office in a hybrid mode.
