Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Visa, your role involves driving the vision, strategy, and execution of the product line to ensure alignment with organizational goals. You will interface with acquirers and processing partners, define integration requirements, and manage relationships effectively. It is essential to interpret mandates, compliance requirements, and technical letters from brands to guarantee ongoing compliance. Additionally, you will analyze processor specifications, especially for major card schemes, and develop onboarding processes for new features or platforms. Your responsibilities also include identifying and recommending processing partners based on client needs, producing detailed product and functional requirements for development, testing, and deployment, and providing analytical insights to Sales to drive merchant revenues and transaction growth. You will evangelize the platforms processing capabilities, support product launches, and assist in merchant acquisition. Furthermore, you will address and resolve contentious discussions with groups or merchants as required. This is a hybrid position, and the expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. Qualifications: - 7+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or - At least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or - 2 years of work experience with a PhD. Preferred Qualifications: - Strong understanding of merchant needs in omni-channel environments. - Ability to identify, document, and prioritize use cases and product functionality requirements. - Proven record of designing and delivering solutions in partnership with sales, business development, technology, and support teams. - Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. - Ability to work independently in complex, ambiguous environments and manage multiple initiatives. - Experience working with large, cross-functional and cross-regional teams in matrixed organizations.,
