Role Overview: You are being offered a Product Manager Role as VP at Pune, India. This role involves managing the AFC Strategic Transaction Monitoring platform. Key Responsibilities: - Gather requirements, articulate problem statements, estimate capacity, plan, design, implement, ensure quality, security, compliance, and delivery, covering both functional and non-functional aspects. - Lead the team in delivery execution and release. - Develop terraform scripts, Kubernetes ymls, and GitHub actions with a focus on reusability. Understand the end-to-end deployment process and infrastructure landscape on the cloud. Debug deployment-related issues and ensure network firewall understanding. - Verify terraform scripts, GitHub Actions, and Kubernetes yml through reviews. - Configure monitoring and alerting for application health on GCP. - Design infrastructure for deployable application components. - Implement architectural changes as defined by Architects for deployment resilience and application security at code, build, and deploy levels. - Provide Level 3 support for technical infrastructure components like databases, middleware, and user interfaces. - Contribute to problem analysis and root cause identification. - Integrate software components following the integration strategy and verify post-deployment. Execute rollback plans when required. - Ensure all Infra as code changes are documented in Change Items (CIs) and, where applicable, develop routines for deploying CIs to target environments. - Support software product training material creation, user guides, and deployment instructions. Ensure consistency with software product releases. - Manage application maintenance, technical change requests, and software defect resolutions. - Collaborate with colleagues in different stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). - Identify dependencies between software product components, technical components, applications, and interfaces. - Perform product integration verifications based on integration sequence and dependencies. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of Java and expertise in technologies like Cloud Ops GCP, Terraform, networks, GitHub, GCP Anthos mesh, Kubernetes, RHEL, MS SQL Server, Maven/Gradle, npm, JIRA, SONAR, VERCODE, TeamCity, etc. - Proficiency in CloudOps, DevOps, Agile practices. - Hands-on experience with terraform Infra as code and network debugging. - Strong analytical and communication skills in English. - Ability to work in virtual teams and matrixed organizations. - Relevant financial services experience. - Desire to learn new technologies and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment. - 15+ years of technology experience with continuous hands-on coding exposure.
