Product Manager - Trade Finance

Role Overview: As a Product Manager-Trade Finance in the Wholesale Banking department, your main responsibility will be to develop and customize Trade Finance, Remittances & Trade services products/ variants. You will be structuring and advising on best-in-class solutions to the Trade Sales team and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and drive a set of solutions including Remittances, Export/Import Documentary Collections, LC/BG, Pre-shipment/Post Shipment Finance, and customize products/services to meet client requirements in the Commercial banking segment. - Provide day-to-day transaction structuring/advisory to the Trade Sales team to ensure effective solutions for client needs. - Own Product P&L, product portfolio, manage pricing dynamics, transaction advisory, and MIS. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Technology, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Risk Management to develop products/processes aligned with regulatory/economic/geo-political conditions. - Work with multiple stakeholders for product innovation, differentiators, and digitization journey, including designing an integrated digitized platform for Corporate clients. - Implement process changes and new initiatives to enhance service delivery. - Conduct periodic product trainings/seminars for different teams within the bank. - Partner with market intermediaries, FinTechs, and clients to create solutions and promote a digital eco-system for the growth of the Trade Finance business.,
