About the Role

Tech Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Own the
product roadmap
and align it with the company’s vision and strategy.
Work closely with
engineering, design, and business
teams to build and launch high-impact features.
Translate business requirements into
technical specifications
and user stories.
Define and monitor
KPIs
, conduct
data-driven analysis
, and prioritize product improvements.
Conduct
competitive research
and identify opportunities for innovation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of product initiatives.
Manage end-to-end
product lifecycle
— planning, execution, and post-launch performance tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering / Computer Science
or equivalent technical background.
2–4 years of experience as a
Product Manager
or
Associate Product Manager
in a tech-driven environment.
Strong understanding of
software development lifecycle (SDLC)
and
agile methodologies
.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in tools like
JIRA, Notion, Figma
, or similar.
Ability to balance technical depth with business strategy.

Preferred Skills

Experience in
fintech, edtech, or consumer tech
products.
Exposure to
API-based products
or
mobile app development
.

Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
