Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap

As an experienced and strategic Product Manager with a strong background in managing SaaS products for the engineering market, you will play a critical role in driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our SaaS platform to deliver exceptional value. Your responsibilities will include: - Define and own the product roadmap tailored to the engineering market. - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify market needs and product opportunities. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product releases. - Utilize agile and Scrum methodologies to manage product development cycles and prioritize features. - Analyze product performance and user behavior through product analytics tools to inform data-driven decisions. - Develop business cases, product requirements documents, and user stories to communicate the product vision and functionality. - Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs and driving product improvements. - Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure product competitiveness and innovation. - Manage stakeholder communication and expectations throughout the product lifecycle. Your skills and qualifications should include: - 5 to 10 years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS or digital product environments, preferably serving the engineering or IT markets. - Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and other product development methodologies. - Proven experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer-centric product management. - Proficiency in product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
