Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap

As a Product Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and execution of our product roadmap. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining product vision and strategy, conducting market research, monitoring product performance metrics, driving product launches, and proactively resolving issues that may hinder strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs. - Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research. - Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver market-demand products. - Define product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans. - Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product decisions. - Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to make data-driven decisions. - Drive product launches and act as a product evangelist internally and externally. - Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact strategic, financial, and technical goals. Qualifications: - 2 to 6 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a tech-driven environment. - Proven track record of managing successful products throughout their lifecycle. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to executive leadership. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple competing priorities. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
