Product Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Product Managers to join our luxury jewelry retail team. The ideal candidates will bring extensive expertise in antique jewelry and diamond product management.

Required Experience:

* Minimum 10 years in the Jewelry industry

* 5+ years in product management specifically within premium jewelry retail

Educational Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

* Gemology certification (Mandatory for Diamond Product Manager Position)

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead product strategy and development

* Execute and implement product initiatives

* Conduct training sessions and product knowledge transfer

* Establish and optimize processes

* Market analysis and trend forecasting

Required Skills:

* Expert knowledge of diamond grading and antique jewelry

* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

* Excellence in execution and implementation

* Proven track record in process creation

* Advanced communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in project management and CRM tools

Essential Qualities:

* Passionate about jewelry and industry trends

* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

* Professional grooming and presentation

* Positive attitude and team-oriented approach

Additional Requirements:

* Must be willing to travel for supplier meetings, trade shows, and market research

* Portfolio demonstrating successful product management in Antique and Diamond segments

Compensation:

* Monthly salary: ₹50,000/-

* EPF, health insurance
