Product Manager- SMP

As a Product Manager at Maruti Suzuki India Limited, your role involves managing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch. You will drive strategies and long-term vision to build best-in-class digital products. Your responsibilities include: - Conducting user research and usability studies - Collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams throughout the product lifecycle - Crafting a product vision and converting it into a concrete strategy and business case - Participating in market research, validation, and whitespace analysis to identify opportunities for new or existing features and functionalities - Building roadmaps that reflect in the company's broader portfolio in collaboration with business owners and agile product teams - Demonstrating collaboration, leadership, and championing product governance standards - Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and client interviews to identify new product opportunities and inform product strategy - Maintaining working knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro, and staying up to date on industry trends and best practices related to business analytics products and technologies Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation and post-graduation (MBA in Marketing) with a degree in business, computer science, design-related field, or equivalent experience in product management - Post-graduation with specialization in Marketing, Finance, International Business, or Analytics IT is preferred - Previous experience in product management, project management, digital marketing, operations management, or other IT infrastructure type roles will be beneficial - 5-10 years of work experience Your skillset should include: - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams - Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives - Business acumen and problem-solving skills - Understanding of marketing and IT domains - Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems,
