🚀 What You’ll Own
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Create and maintain the product roadmap for consumer smart-home devices
- Identify and prioritize features in
home security, energy automation, and user convenience
Full Product Lifecycle
- Drive from concept → PRD → prototype → market launch → iteration
- Ensure consistent product quality and user delight across hardware, firmware, and app layers
Ecosystem & Interoperability
- Develop multi-platform functionality integrating
Matter, Thread, BLE, Zigbee, and Wi‑Fi
- Enable seamless voice assistant interactions (Alexa, Google, Siri) and third-party integrations
User Experience & Validation
- Execute user research, beta tests, and VOC (Voice-of-Customer) studies
- Design product experience with strength in usability, aesthetics, and reliability
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years in
Product Management
, with ≥2 years in IoT, consumer electronics, or mobile products
- Proven track record in
launching hardware + software products
- Familiarity with
IoT protocols, device ecosystems, and cloud/mobile integration
- Strong sense of
UX, usability, and product-market fit
- Excellent collaboration with teams across
industrial design, engineering, firmware, and QA
- Exposure to AI-driven rapid prototyping tools like
Cursor, Claude Code,
andotherAI-assisted workflows
Bonus Attributes
- Experience with
Matter or voice assistant integrations
- Exposure to smart-device ecosystems—security, energy, or AI-driven automation
