Product Manager

Role Overview: As a member of the dynamic global technology company Schaeffler, you will play a crucial role in driving business performance throughout the product life cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Develop programs, plans, and measures to enhance business performance for assigned products or product lines. - Monitor the product portfolio, initiating and coordinating developments, launches, and re-launches. - Utilize external benchmarking and market intelligence data to identify new business opportunities. - Optimize marketing plans and operational measures to ensure product positioning in the market. - Collaborate closely with the RandD department to stay updated on the latest trends and customer expectations. - Visit customers when necessary to contribute to offerings and ensure alignment with customer needs. Qualification Required: - Graduate Degree in Business Administration or Technical field. - Possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
