About The Role About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our Personal Loans Product team. This individual will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making to support product performance and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in data analysis, with hands-on experience in analytical tools and languages such as SAS and SQL. The candidate should also have a strong ability to build, analyze, and automate business reports. Key Responsibilities: Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights for the Personal Loans Product team, supporting strategic and tactical decision making. Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards to monitor product performance and key metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Risk, and Operations, to understand data needs and provide analytical support. Perform data validation and data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports. Generate reports and visualizations that provide clear insights and recommendations on product performance and customer behavior. Identify opportunities to optimize and enhance the existing reporting processes. Required Qualifications: Experience27 years of hands-on experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAS and SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with experience in building and automating business reports. Problem SolvingAbility to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for business stakeholders. CommunicationStrong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Knowledge of personal loans or other retail lending products. Familiarity with other analytical tools or programming languages, such as Python or R.
