The product manager, we believe, is the key driver of a product company.

Skillsets :

• Seasoned product manager with atleast 3-4 years of product experience in enterprise platform products. Needs to have demonstrated system & platform thinking. Must be able to build generic systems that can handle all permutations and combinations of workflows. Must be able to think and imbibe platform principles (modularity, integration friendly, configurability, scalability & globalisation).
• Solid understanding of technical concepts - basics of architecture, system design, data models, databases, APIs, SDKs, integrations etc
• Prior experience in dashboarding, analytics, and surfacing metrics that will help in key decision making.
• Must be able to own, be accountable for, and drive forward products of a particular product track. Must be accountable for key product metrics and be responsble for the success of that track
• Prior work ex in platform products such as Snowflake, Stripe, Figma etc
• Someone can guide and supervise junior product team members in day to day activities
• MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 schools

Other plus points:

• Experience in 0 to 1 or 1 to 10 product journeys.
• Knowledge about finace is a plus.
• Has worked with AI/machine learning algorithms for any usecase is a plus.
