Job Description

Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and its contribution to business growth.

Monitor product metrics such as user engagement, transaction volumes, and operational efficiency to drive data-informed decisions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You have 5 to 7 years of work experience in the soil nutrition business, agri-inputs, and scientific agriculture space, with at least 2 to 3 years in a product management role
Experience in a related industrial sector such as bioenergy, agricultural commodities will be an added advantage
You have a bachelor s degree in a relevant field (Agri-sciences, Business Administration, Computer Science). An MBA or equivalent post-graduation will be an added advantage
You can translate complex, real-world challenges into elegant, user-friendly and scalable digital solutions
You demonstrate a data-driven approach to decision making
You have a good grasp of software product development lifecycle, API integrations, and data infrastructure. An understanding of technical architecture and databases will be an added advantage
You are a good listener, demonstrating the ability to deeply understand and advocate for the diverse needs of BiofuelCircle s user personas
You are at ease translating functionality/ features into user benefits or value propositions
You can write effective emails and create explainer documents that are understood by those who read them
You can work with cross-functional and remote teams
You can coordinate, follow up, follow through and drive issues to closure proactively
You take ownership and accountability and dont need a manager reminding of tasks or deadlines
Having worked in B2F (Business to Farmer) and Agri-sourcing platforms will give you an advantage over other applicants
