Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis & Monitoring
a. Analyze power quality data from meters installed at large industrial
facilities (steel plants, pharma, data centers, commercial buildings)
b. Review grid substation monitoring data for voltage fluctuations,
harmonics, and power factor variations
c. Interpret power quality parameters including THD, voltage sags/swells,
flicker, and frequency deviations
d. Conduct trend analysis and predictive assessments of power system
performance
e. Generate actionable insights from complex power quality datasets
2. Root Cause Analysis & Problem Identification
a. Perform deep-dive root cause analysis of power quality disturbances
affecting industrial operations
b. Identify underlying technical, operational, and systemic causes beyond
surface-level symptoms
c. Correlate power quality events with equipment failures, production
disruptions, and energy inefficiencies
d. Assess cascading effects on equipment life, process reliability, and
overall system performance
e. Develop comprehensive problem classification frameworks for
systematic issue resolution
3. Solution Design & Engineering
a. Design comprehensive power quality improvement solutions including
harmonic filters, voltage regulators, power factor correction systems,
and UPS integration
b. Develop technical specifications for power conditioning equipment and
grid stabilization systems
c. Create implementation roadmaps with phased deployment strategies
d. Integrate solutions with existing cooling systems, VFDs, and
automation infrastructure
e. Ensure solutions address root causes rather than symptoms
4. Industry Partnership & Cost Optimization
a. Collaborate with equipment manufacturers, technology vendors, and
utility companies to optimize solution costs
b. Negotiate strategic partnerships for bulk procurement and preferred
pricing arrangements
c. Evaluate alternative technologies and vendors to achieve best total
cost of ownership
d. Develop standardized solution packages for scalable deployment
across multiple sites
e. Balance technical performance requirements with commercial viability
constraints
5. Technical Leadership & Project Management
a. Lead power quality assessment and remediation projects for industrial
clients
b. Provide technical guidance to engineering teams, field personnel, and
client stakeholders
c. Interface with C-level executives on power infrastructure strategy and
investment decisions

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
