Job Description

Introduction

We are seeking a senior Product Manager to own and lead an enterprise-grade digital payment platform. This role is responsible for defining product strategy, driving go-to-market execution, and owning business outcomes for payment capabilities supporting automobile-related services such as emergency roadside assistance, vehicle insurance, and other vehicle owner services. The role requires deep expertise in digital payments, wallet integrations, and partner ecosystems

Responsibilities include:

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the digital payment platform, including strategy ,roadmap, launch, and continuous optimization
Define and execute the payments product vision, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with enterprise business objectives
Lead integration of payment gateways, digital wallets, alternative payment methods, and emerging payment technologies
Own partner integrations with external payment providers, banks, wallet
providers, insurers, and service partners
Drive go-to-market strategy for payment capabilities, including pricing,
monetization, and adoption
Ensure scalable, secure, and highly available payment processing across
multiple service offerings
Partner with engineering, architecture, security, and compliance teams to meet regulatory and industry standards (PCI-DSS, data privacy, fraud prevention)
Collaborate with automobile service teams to embed seamless payment
experiences into roadside assistance, insurance, and vehicle owner journeys
Use customer, transaction, and performance data to drive continuous
improvement and reduce payment friction and failures

Primary Skills :

Required Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience, with significant focus on digital payments or fintech platforms
Strong hands-on experience with payment gateways, processors, digital wallets, and payment orchestration
Experience integrating third-party partners such as banks, wallet providers, insurers, and mobility service providers
Strong understanding of payment flows, settlement, reconciliation,
chargebacks, and fraud management
Solid business and financial acumen with experience driving revenue, margins,and platform adoption
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in automotive, mobility services, insurance, or adjacent industries
Experience owning payment products from concept through go-to-market in the US
Experience working in regulated and high-availability enterprise environments
Familiarity with US payment ecosystems and compliance requirements
