Description
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Owner with a strong background in the manufacturing domain . This full-time role is part of our Part Manufacturing Business Line , where you will lead the development of next-generation manufacturing applications that drive efficiency, productivity, and sustainability . Your primary focus will be on part manufacturing processes including CAM, additive, and subtractive technologies ensuring our platform meets the evolving needs of the industry. Key Responsibilities Backlog Ownership & Prioritization: Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on customer insights , market trends , and manufacturing process requirements . Apply design thinking and continuous exploration to refine and synthesize requirements. Agile Team Leadership: Act as a key Agile team member , facilitating PI planning , sprint reviews , and retrospectives . Ensure seamless collaboration between stakeholders , engineering , and design teams . Manufacturing Domain Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of part manufacturing , including expertise in CAM, additive, and subtractive processes . Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate tools such as NX CAM, NX Additive, and NX Open APIs into the product roadmap. Vision & Roadmap Development: Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with digital manufacturing trends and business objectives . Drive product innovation by exploring new market opportunities and technological advancements . Stakeholder & Customer Engagement: Engage with customers , manufacturing experts , and internal stakeholders to gather insights, conduct interviews, and validate product features. Ensure robust API integrations and interoperability with existing manufacturing systems . Value Maximization: Continuously drive improvements to maximize product value and meet key performance indicators . Balance technical debt with new feature development to sustain product quality and innovation . Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within the manufacturing domain , with hands-on knowledge of part manufacturing processes . Strong expertise in manufacturing methods , including CAM, additive, and subtractive manufacturing ; experience with NX CAM, NX Additive, and NX Open APIs is highly desirable. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies ( Scrum, SAFe, Lean ) with a demonstrated ability to manage product backlogs and deliver incremental value . Excellent communication , stakeholder management , and leadership skills. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic product decisions. Preferred Qualifications Experience with digital manufacturing platforms and integration of advanced manufacturing technologies . Familiarity with product management and Agile project management tools . Relevant certifications (e.g., SAFe Product Owner , Agile certifications ) are a plus.
