- Continuous Market insight to evaluate change in customer needs and building on new opportunities - Industry trend analysing and prediction of future trend - Competition Intelligent with benchmarking to develop Product and feature upgrade Roadmap - Competition Scanning based on sales and market share data and leverage current products positioning - Customer segmentation and mapping of change in application trend - Continuous evaluation of Current Product Benchmarking along with PD to identify Gaps and develop Product improvement plan with features upgradation - To support Sales and Marketing with Product Value Proposition for Product Positioning - To support Sales and Marketing with Product and related application training - To support Marketing to develop sales literature - Continuous interaction with PD, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance and customer care for driving tactical and new projects efficiently - Manage current Portfolio with positioning details in terms of Competition and Customer segmentation - Continuous focus and driving for simplicity, complexity reduction and building configurability approach - Thriving for Product issue resolution in coordination with Quality, Customer Care, PD and Manufacturing - Defining tactical projects for Market Share gain and driving the same for speed to market
