Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and prioritize what to build next
• Understand user behavior, feedback, and pain points
• Define product requirements, flows, and success metrics
• Identify gaps, friction points, and improvement opportunities
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams
• Ensure features are built with clarity, quality, and purpose
• Continuously improve onboarding, usability, and retention
• Track product performance and iterate based on data

• Not a project coordinator
• Not a Jira-only role
• Not limited to writing requirements

Required Skills

• Strong product thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to understand products deeply and quickly
• Experience translating ideas into clear requirements
• Data-driven mindset (funnels, metrics, user behavior)
• Clear communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with SaaS or subscription products
• Familiarity with user research and feedback loops
• Experience improving onboarding and activation
• Comfort working with engineering and design teams
• Ability to balance speed, quality, and impact
