Product Manager - IT

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager – IT to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of our IT products and platforms. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, end-users, and the development team, ensuring our technology solutions align with business goals and deliver high value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap:
• Define and communicate the IT product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Conduct market and technology research to identify opportunities and emerging trends.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, operations, marketing, and sales to gather and prioritize product requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding product capabilities and roadmap.
• Product Development Lifecycle:
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, functional specs, and wireframes.
• Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with developers and QA to ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

• Project Management:
• Manage product backlog, sprint planning, and release schedules using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and guide future improvements.
• Risk Management & Compliance:
• Ensure products meet compliance, security, and data privacy requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to product development and deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (MBA or Master’s preferred).
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in an IT or tech environment.
• Proven track record of managing the entire product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, Trello, or similar.
• Technical proficiency and ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud platforms).
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and DevOps principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.21 - ₹800,000.00 per year
