Product Manager – Investment Function(BKC)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Product Strategy & Roadmap:

i. Develop and maintain the product roadmap for Investment & Research related products.

ii. Collaborate with business stakeholders, Fund Managers, Research Analyst & internal teams to identify market trends and prioritize product needs.

iii. Drive product innovation by integrating industry trends, leveraging latest Technology & regulatory changes into product development.

 Techno-Functional Expertise:

i. Understand key investment functions such as portfolio management, risk management, Investment Research and Analytics, trade execution, and compliance.

ii. Translate complex business requirement into detailed functional & technical specifications.

iii. Ensure seamless integration of new technologies and investment platforms with existing systems.

iv. Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of product goals.

v. Engage with external vendors, partners and technology providers to evaluate and integrate third-party solutions.

vi. Conduct evaluation and testing to ensure the products are serviceable

vii. Monitor the usage and the relevance of the product vis-à-vis changing business scenarios and changing technology

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with minor in Finance or Economics

 Understanding and interest in investment products (e.g. Equities, Fixed income, Derivatives, etc.)

 Excellent writing, communication, problem solving, organizational and analytical skills

 Ability to forge working relationships with various teams within the organization

 Ability to work independently, prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
