Job Description

Planning and developing project plans to create solutions for key business problems. Identify key operational issues and provide resolutions for the same. Liaison with multiple stakeholders to drive adoption and adherence of processes. Create control & feedback mechanisms for key metrics. Work on data to generate dashboards performance and ensure visibility at all levels. Will be required to work in a highly dynamic work environment which requires strong skills in terms of cross-functional team coordination, consensus building among various verticals within the organization and across departments to achieve overall business objectives in a timely & efficient manner. Educational Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E ,and MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations Job Responsibilities: Planning and developing project plans to create solutions for key business problems.
