Job Description

-Define & own the
AI roadmap
across game design, live ops, art, and player personalization.
-Partner with engineering, art, data, and product teams to
drive AI pilots (POCs)
.
-Build and scale successful POCs into production-ready systems (e.g., art generation pipelines, player personalization engines).
-Lead AI initiatives across multiple domains (e.g.
Player segmentation & offer personalization, Event & reward optimization, Level playtesting & procedural generation, AI chatbots & in-game assistants, AI-driven QA and automation)
-Track adoption, measure ROI, and ensure tools deliver clear business or efficiency impact.

Requirements:

-3 6 years of product management or related experience
, with exposure to building or launching AI/ML-driven features, tools, or workflows.
-Familiarity with
AI/ML applications
such as personalization, recommendation systems, generative AI (text, image, or content), or predictive analytics.
-Strong understanding & curiosity of evolving AI tools & applications
-Strong ability to
structure POCs
from defining problem statements to measuring success and scaling proven solutions.
-Prior experience in
gaming, consumer tech, or content-heavy products
is a plus.
-Strong
analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
ability to design experiments, evaluate impact, and prioritize.
-Demonstrated success in
cross-functional execution
working with engineering, art, design, and product team
