Job Mission

You will lead the end-to-end strategy for our demand-side products, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Your mission is to define and execute a product roadmap that directly drives conversions and scales user adoption. This role requires a hands-on leader who can build and mentor a strong cross-functional team to deliver high-performance mobile and web solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Roadmap:

  Define and own the user app roadmap, ensuring it aligns with key business objectives for our core car/bike care services and our emerging D2C and insurance verticals.

• Growth Initiatives:

  Lead growth experiments and develop features for referrals, loyalty programs, and user engagement that directly contribute to user acquisition and retention.

• Team Leadership:

  Build, lead, and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and QA engineers, guiding them to deliver exceptional product experiences.

• Data-Driven Insights:

  Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and leverage user feedback to validate product hypotheses and inform all product decisions.

• Technical Collaboration:

  Work closely with engineers to ensure the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile and web solutions.

• Performance Tracking:

  Set, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as bookings, retention, repeat rates, and NPS.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience:

  You have

  5+ years

  of experience in product management at consumer tech or hyperlocal companies.

• Industry Preference:

  You have a proven track record at a popular consumer tech or hyperlocal company like

  Zomato, Swiggy, Urban Company, or Go-Mechanic

• Proven Impact (Mandatory):

  You can demonstrate how your work has directly contributed to business success by significantly

  increasing conversion rates

• Technical Acumen:

  You have a strong understanding of mobile apps, APIs, payments, and analytics tools.
