Product Manager (HealthCare App)

About the Role

We are building a game-changing health and wellness platform for aged care clients in Australia under the brand A1 Disability Support Care. Our mobile app aims to deliver personalized care, real-time support, and AI-driven health insights.

We are looking for a Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of this app, bridging business goals and technical execution. Youll collaborate with Technical Architect, Flutter developers, backend engineers, UI/UX designers, AI/ML engineers, and Scrum Master to ensure the app meets Australian NDIS compliance, user needs, and market expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define product vision, success metrics, and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Prioritize features for MVP and subsequent releases
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities

Execution & Delivery

• Work with Scrum Master to manage sprints and ensure on-time delivery
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate between design, development, and QA teams for smooth execution
• Ensure features are implemented with scalability and security in mind

User-Centric Design & Compliance

• Drive user research and feedback loops for continuous improvement
• Ensure NDIS compliance, data privacy, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Collaborate with UI/UX to deliver intuitive, inclusive designs

AI/ML Integration & Innovation

• Partner with AI/ML engineers to shape predictive analytics and personalization features
• Validate data-driven features like health insights, life expectancy indicators, and emergency alerts

Stakeholder Communication

• Report progress, risks, and milestones to leadership
• Act as the primary liaison between business and tech teams
• Prepare presentations and documentation for stakeholders and partners

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in product management (preferably in health-tech, mobile apps, or SaaS)
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Hands-on experience with roadmap tools (Jira, Trello, Productboard)
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products and AWS Cloud environment
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, data science)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare compliance
• Knowledge of mobile app design principles and Flutter ecosystem
• Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, analytics tools, and metrics
