About the Role: We are seeking two skilled Flutter Developers to join our core mobile engineering team in Mumbai. You will be part of a fast-paced health-tech project aiming to deliver a cross-platform mobile application focused on health monitoring, predictive insights, carer management, and service bookings. As a Flutter Developer, you will be directly involved in building features that collect data from smart wearables, display real-time health dashboards, and integrate with advanced AI engines and healthcare platforms. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on an impact-driven product from early development to full-scale deployment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain high-quality Flutter-based cross-platform mobile apps for both iOS and Android. Work with wearable SDKs (Google Fit, Apple HealthKit, Fitbit, Samsung Health) to enable smart data collection. Implement UI components, custom widgets, animations, and state management strategies (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.) to create responsive and interactive user experiences. Collaborate with the backend team to integrate RESTful APIs, AWS Lambda services, and real-time data streams. Work closely with UI/UX designers and the CTO to deliver pixel-perfect designs aligned with modern health app standards. Handle manual data input , file upload , and OCR integration via AWS Textract and Rekognition for health reports. Implement dashboard components such as health summaries , AI recommendations , carer visit tracking , and service request features . Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code and participate in regular code reviews. Ensure robust app performance and memory optimization across Android and iOS devices. Participate in agile ceremonies , contribute to sprint planning, and provide accurate estimations.
