About the Role: We are seeking a creative, user-centric UI/UX Designer to join our product team and play a key role in designing a powerful yet intuitive mobile health platform. The ideal candidate has a passion for mobile-first design , deep understanding of user psychology , and hands-on experience creating engaging experiences for complex appsespecially in the health, wellness, or caregiving domains. Youll be translating product requirements into clean, intuitive, and accessible app interfaces using modern design principles and user feedback. You’ll collaborate with Flutter developers, backend engineers, and the AI team to ensure a cohesive and highly usable product experience. Key Responsibilities: Design the full user journey for a cross-platform mobile app (iOS + Android) using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Create wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity UI designs , design systems, icons, and interactive prototypes. Work closely with the Flutter development team to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and responsive layout behavior. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and identify user pain points. Design intuitive dashboards and features such as: Health overview with visual graphs Service booking flows Carer visit tracking and notifications Emergency assistance UI Life expectancy indicators and AI insights Implement design best practices for accessibility, readability, and ease of navigation across age groups and technical comfort levels. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that UI/UX decisions align with business goals and technical feasibility . Contribute to the evolution of the design system , ensuring consistency across screens and components. Initial Phase Deliverables: Phase 1: End-to-end design of the mobile app interface, including onboarding, health data visualisation, carer/service booking flow, and emergency assistance Design system & reusable components handover to developers Interaction and UI animations using Figma prototypes Phase 2: Life Expectancy Indicator visualisation AI-based health and service recommendations UX Document scanning flow and OCR results UX Enhanced personalisation features and user feedback loops Required Skills & Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer , preferably in mobile app design Strong portfolio showcasing work on mobile-first platforms , especially healthcare, fitness, or service-based apps Proficiency with Figma , Sketch , or Adobe XD for design and prototyping Good understanding of Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines Experience working with Flutter developers and handing off design assets with appropriate specs Comfortable with user research , feedback loops, persona development, and A/B testing Ability to create clean, accessible, and responsive interfaces for users of different tech fluency and age groups Familiarity with health-related data and visualisation principles is a plus Nice to Have: Knowledge of designing for wearables or data dashboards Experience with AI-generated content , health tracking, or predictive insights Prior exposure to HIPAA-compliant or data-sensitive platforms Basic understanding of front-end development concepts (Flutter, widgets, mobile interactions) What We Offer: A high-impact opportunity to shape the experience of a next-gen mobile health solution A collaborative, agile team of technologists and health innovators Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Exposure to cutting-edge tech in AI, wearables, and mobile care delivery Career progression into Product Design Lead or Head of UX How to Apply: Send your resume and a short cover letter to careers@a1disabilitysupportcare.com.au Subject: UI/UX Designer – Mobile Health App – Mumbai (Very Important: You NEED TO copy-paste this subject above in the subject field of the email)
