About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative Web Designer who is also strong technically, with hands-on experience using AI tools (especially Chat GPT) to accelerate workflows, improve creativity, and support digital marketing.

This role requires a rare hybrid of:

You will work across websites, landing pages, eCommerce portals, and digital content for major international brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Web Design & UI/UX

• Design and maintain modern, responsive websites (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify).
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and UX flows using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Build clean, optimized pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Ensure high UX standards, accessibility, fast load times, and SEO-friendly design.

2. AI & Automation (Chat GPT / Generative AI)

• Use Chat GPT for content creation, SEO copy, landing page text, and script writing.
• Build prompts to automate workflows, generate ideas, and accelerate design cycles.
• Use AI tools for image generation, design variations, and productivity optimization.
• Create AI-driven documentation, templates, and SOPs for the team.

3. Digital Assets & Social Media Design

• Design graphics, banners, and creatives for LinkedIn, IG, FB, YouTube, and paid ads.
• Support eCommerce listings (Amazon, eBay, Shopify) with visual assets.
• Create digital brand identities and ensure consistency across platforms.

4. Productivity & Cloud Tools

• Work confidently with Notion, Trello, Asana, Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace.
• Maintain proper file organization and version control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across India, UK, and China.

5. Technical & IT Support

• Basic troubleshooting for hosting, domains, DNS, plugins, server issues, etc.
• Manage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) when needed.
• Support the integration of websites, analytics tools, tracking pixels, email platforms, etc.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Web Designer, Front-End Designer/Developer, or UI/UX Designer
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Webflow, WordPress, or Shopify
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
• Strong experience using Chat GPT for design workflows and content creation
• Experience with SEO best practices, on-page optimisation & performance tools
• Excellent design sense (layout, structure, typography, spacing, consistency)
• Strong IT, technical troubleshooting & cloud knowledge
• Fast learner, self-driven, organized, and capable of high-speed execution
• Strong communication skills (English)
