We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead Digital Experience Designer to join our team at Han Digital Solution (P)
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing innovative digital experiences

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive digital experience strategies to drive business growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality digital products and services
Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions and improve user engagement
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital projects
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Digital Experience Designer or similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing complex digital systems and applications
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems
Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience best practices
