Job Description

Collaborate with customer in understanding and anticipate needs and translate them into product requirements. Discover understand both technical and business requirements. In collaboration with customer define vision of product and facilitate in managing product evolution using tools such as JIRA Develop Product Backlog define roadmap based on customer business initiatives Manage Product Backlog work with team in prioritization of backlog, refining of requirements continuously Collaborate with teams on User Journey mapping, UX design architecture definition Monitor guide Business Analysts in ensuring programs are aligned with product vision backlog defined Work with delivery team to share updates, identify risks and share insights of progress with requisite stakeholders Participate in Sprint Planning Collaborate with delivery team in getting sign offs from customers Perform RCA collaborate with team for issue resolution closure
