PRODUCT MANAGER

As a Product Manager for the Cardio Diabetic and Critical Care divisions at a leading pharma company in Mumbai, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Brand Management: Take charge of managing the brands within your portfolio - Brand Performance: Monitor and enhance the performance of the brands - Budgeting and Sales Forecasting: Develop budgets and forecast sales for your products - Successful new product launch: Ensure successful launches of new products - Searching/Identifying therapy gaps & new business opportunities: Identify gaps in therapy and explore new business opportunities - Identifying and creating entry barriers: Establish entry barriers for competition - Driving implementation with effective feedback mechanism: Implement strategies effectively and gather feedback - Specialty Development for assigned brands: Focus on developing specialties for the brands you manage - Maintaining Sales/Expense Ratio: Monitor and maintain the sales to expense ratio for your products In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be involved in planning promotional activities and conducting Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Sc. or B.Pharm - MBA or Postgraduate degree This position requires 4-10 years of experience in pharma marketing, specifically in Cardio Diabetic and Critical Care.
