Job Description

Product Strategy & Execution:Craft, manage, and execute the product roadmap, aligning platform objectives with overarching business strategies
- Lifecycle Ownership:Oversee all phases of the product lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization to launch and post-release optimization
- AI & Platform Integration:Fortify the synergy between physical product performance and AI-driven digital tools
- Dealer & Customer Experience:Refine dealer and user journeys by optimizing internal digital systems and processes
- Tool Ownership:Manage and scale tools such as the Fleet Manager and Shopify (order processor)
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Orchestrate product delivery through Asana and Jira, ensuring robust communication between product, engineering, and operations teams
- Data-Driven Decisions:Leverage analytics and performance insights to drive continuous improvement and scalability
Requirements- Experience:Product management experience, ideally within tech scale-ups, SaaS, IoT, or AI-driven environments
- Technical Understanding:A solid grasp of hardware-software integration and digital ecosystems
- Methodologies:Proficient in Agile/Scrum, roadmap development, and stakeholder management
- Tools:Experienced with Asana, Jira, and Shopify (or equivalent systems)
- Leadership:Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver results under time constraints
- Analytical Skills:A data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs to inform decision-making
