Product Manager

As a Product Manager for Low-Code/No-Code Platform at EvoluteIQ, you will play a crucial role in defining and driving the roadmap for our web-based visual development environment for hyper-automation. Your responsibilities will include: - **Product Strategy & Vision:** - Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring differentiation in the hyper-automation market. - Translate long-term vision into actionable product features aligned with customer needs and business goals. - Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. - **Technical Leadership:** - Engage in technical design reviews for workflow engines and integration layers. - Define APIs, connectors, and governance capabilities with scalability and extensibility in mind. - Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility of platform features. - **Execution & Leadership:** - Write detailed product specifications and feature definitions. - Work with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready platform features. - Evangelize the platform through demos, documentation, and thought leadership. - **Requirements & User Acceptance Ownership:** - Document detailed requirements and user stories aligned with product strategy. - Define and manage user acceptance criteria for each feature. - Ensure product quality and readiness from an end-user perspective before market release. To excel in this role, you should bring: - 15+ years of experience, with a focus on technical/engineering roles and product management. - Strong knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms, hyper-automation, and workflow orchestration. - Experience in multi-channel application building and cloud-native environments. - Ability to contribute to technical discussions while driving product vision. - Proven success in bringing enterprise-grade platforms to market with measurable adoption and growth. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Additionally, having a technical background and exposure to ecosystem connectors, as well as knowledge of enterprise-grade NFRs, would be beneficial.
