As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting Solution Implementation teams and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. You will help to coordinate project activities, track progress, and facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders.

What you'll do at EvoluteIQ:

• Gather and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Develop user stories, functional specs, wireframes, and process flows.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure clear understanding and execution of requirements.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and apply mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication among developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, document decisions, and provide updates to management and clients.
• Support resource allocation and optimize team scheduling.
• Prepare project documentation including status reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests for smooth delivery.
• Validate deliverables through functional and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure quality standards are met before project release.

What will you bring to the team?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA with 2+ years of pre-MBA experience in software development, business analysis, or project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experienced in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with project management tools like Jira, Trello, and MS Project.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with RPA or process automation platforms.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and functional testing.
• Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or Agile Scrum Master are a plus.
