Product Manager

Role Overview: You will be a full-time on-site Product Manager for the Low-Code/No-Code Platform at EvoluteIQ. Your main responsibility will be to define and drive the roadmap for the web-based visual development environment focused on hyper-automation. This platform allows enterprises to quickly design, build, and deploy solutions using drag-and-drop workflows for processes, data, and events, with added support for AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities in a low-code/no-code manner. Your role will require a combination of deep knowledge in enterprise automation, market trends, UI/UX design, and strong execution skills. You will also shape platform capabilities for multi-channel application delivery across mobile, web, and conversational channels. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the product roadmap for the low-code/no-code platform, ensuring it stands out in the hyper-automation market. - Translate the long-term vision into actionable product features that meet customer needs and business objectives. - Conduct continuous market and competitive research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. - Engage in technical design reviews for drag-and-drop workflow engines and integration layers. - Define APIs, connectors, and governance capabilities with scalability and extensibility in mind. - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility of platform features. - Write detailed product specifications, feature definitions, and success metrics. - Work with engineering, design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver production-ready platform features. - Evangelize the platform internally and externally through demos, documentation, and thought leadership. - Document detailed requirements, epics, and user stories aligned with the product strategy. - Define and manage user acceptance criteria (UAC) for each feature. - Act as the custodian of product quality, ensuring features are ready for market release. - Collaborate with QA and stakeholders to ensure delivered features meet business and customer expectations. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of overall experience, including several years in technical/engineering roles and 7+ years in product management. - Strong knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms, hyper-automation, BPM, and workflow orchestration. - Experience in multi-channel application building (web, mobile, conversational). - Hands-on familiarity with cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized deployments (Kubernetes, Docker). - Understanding of process flows, data flows, and event-driven architectures. - Ability to contribute to technical design and architecture discussions while driving product vision. - Proven success in bringing enterprise-grade platforms to market with measurable adoption and growth. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
