As a Product Manager at our company located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, you will play a crucial role in driving the product strategy and execution. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing a scalable product roadmap integrating AI and personalized learning models for enhanced user engagement. - Leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve learning experiences with AI-driven tutoring and adaptive learning in the EdTech space. - Implementing Scrum/Kanban best practices to lead agile product development and enhance efficiency. - Collaborating with full-stack web and mobile app developers to ensure seamless feature integration using Node.js, React.js, and Flutter. - Partnering with DevOps teams to optimize cloud solutions on Azure, GCP, and AWS for scalability and performance. - Utilizing AI-driven analytics for data-driven personalization and creating tailored learning experiences for students. - Overseeing product workflows using project management tools like JIRA and Git, along with CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment. - Analyzing customer feedback, conducting A/B testing, and leveraging data insights to optimize product performance. - Leading product launches and working with marketing teams on go-to-market strategies for driving adoption and user growth. Qualifications required for this role: - 8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in AI, EdTech, SaaS, or related industries. - Strong expertise in full-stack web & mobile app development collaboration with technologies like Node.js, React.js, and Flutter. - Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project management tools such as JIRA and Git. - Experience in cloud technologies (Azure, GCP, AWS) and DevOps best practices. - Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Business, or a related field.
