Product Manager - EdTech

As a Product Manager based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, with over 8 years of experience, your role will involve driving product strategy, execution, and innovation within the AI, EdTech, and SaaS industries. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing a scalable product roadmap that integrates AI and personalized learning models to enhance user engagement. - Utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) for improving learning experiences through AI-driven tutoring and adaptive learning. - Implementing Scrum/Kanban best practices to lead agile product execution and enhance development efficiency. - Collaborating with engineers to develop full-stack web & mobile apps using technologies such as Node.js, React.js, and Flutter. - Working with DevOps teams to optimize cloud solutions on Azure, GCP, and AWS for scalability and performance. - Leveraging AI-driven analytics to create personalized learning experiences for students. - Managing product workflows with tools like JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and feature releases. - Analyzing customer feedback, conducting A/B testing, and using data-driven insights to improve product performance. - Leading product launches and coordinating with marketing teams for effective go-to-market strategies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Business, or related field. - 8+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in AI, EdTech, SaaS, or related sectors. - Proficiency in full-stack web & mobile app development technologies like Node.js, React.js, Flutter. - Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project management tools such as JIRA and Git. - Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, GCP, AWS) and DevOps best practices. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
