Job Description

Product Manager Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire for Product manager As a Product Manager , you will be at the forefront of driving change and innovation in the obesity space, impacting the lives of approximately 160 million people suffering from obesity in India. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies that shape the customer journey , ensure seamless engagement with healthcare professionals, and bring forward new approaches to address this critical health issue. You will report to the Head of Marketing in the Business Unit and work within a dynamic team to implement campaigns , strategic initiatives , and innovative ideas across healthcare professional engagement touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Strategic & Tactical Planning : Contribute to the development and execution of strategic and tactical plans for the obesity portfolio, ensuring alignment with key customer journey stages. Campaign Development & Execution : Create, execute, and optimize campaigns , content , and events targeting healthcare professionals , leveraging insights and omni-channel strategies to drive engagement and awareness. Lead Generation & Evaluation : Manage and evaluate lead generation initiatives, including tracking engagement and traffic across content, campaigns, and digital platforms. Brand Strategy Communication : Support internal communication efforts to ensure the organization fully understands the brand strategy , key messages , and tactical goals. Collaboration & Execution : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies across different channels and customer touchpoints. Qualifications & Experience: Educational Background : Graduate degree in Life Sciences , Business , or Marketing , with an MBA from a premier business school . Additional Qualifications : Digital marketing qualifications are a plus. Professional Experience : A total of 5+ years of commercial or consultancy experience, preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, pharma, etc.). Skills & Competencies: Campaign & Content Expertise : Proven experience in developing content , executing marketing campaigns , and driving growth marketing strategies across both offline and online channels . Ability to adapt campaigns for national and regional markets. Digital Marketing Skills : Strong understanding of digital campaign evaluation tools and how to optimize campaigns for performance. Brand Management & Strategy : Experience in product launches , brand management , and strategy execution to drive long-term brand success. Event & Congress Management : Hands-on experience in event planning , congress management , and delivering impactful professional engagements . Agency Management : Experience in managing agencies , coordinating external resources, and ensuring alignment with strategic marketing goals. Communication & Collaboration : Exceptional verbal , written , and interpersonal communication skills , with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Additional Attributes: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. A customer-centric mindset , driven by a passion for making a positive impact in the obesity care space. Ability to thrive in a dynamic , collaborative, and results-oriented team environment.
