Job Requirements Role/ Job Title: Product Manager-Credit Card Function/ Department: Credit Card Job Purpose IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager-Credit Cards to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the credit card product portfolio and driving growth and profitability for the bank. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for the credit card portfolio, in line with the overall business objectives of the bank Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to develop and launch new credit card products and features Monitor and analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for product enhancements and changes Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to retirement, ensuring timely and effective execution Work closely with the risk and compliance teams to ensure all credit card products are in compliance with regulatory requirements Develop and manage product budgets, pricing strategies, and profitability targets Stay updated on industry developments and trends, and make recommendations for product innovation and differentiation Education Qualification Graduation: Any Graduation Post graduation: Any post-Graduation Experience: 2-5 years of experience Show more Show less
